Terms of Service

Invome is an online invoicing and business management platform that allows individuals and businesses to create invoices and other commercial documents, manage customers, track payments, and generate financial reports.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this service. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Invome offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed by Paystack. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use Invome to:

• Create fraudulent or misleading documents
• Violate any applicable Nigerian or international law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage the service
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent
• Use the service in connection with any illegal business activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

You own all data you input into Invome, including customer information, invoice content, and financial records. We do not claim ownership over your data.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you upload about third parties (such as customers) is collected and shared in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

All software, designs, templates, and content on the Invome platform are the intellectual property of South Alias Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.

Documents you create using Invome (invoices, receipts, etc.) belong to you.

Invome is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Alias Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may export your data before closing your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in conduct that harms the service or other users.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
